You'll work closely with our General Manager to implement and execute our operational and sales strategies, ensuring our outlet runs smoothly and efficiently.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales tracking, using our in-house POS system.
• Train and mentor staff to uphold our high standards of customer service and product knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local laws and industry standards.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to our General Manager.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and special events.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests and staff alike.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback, ensuring every issue is resolved to the satisfaction of our guests.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving sales growth.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Familiarity with POS systems, such as Micros, is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid ID card and CPNS certificate (if applicable).
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
