📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience for new employees.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to maintain compliance with local and international labor laws.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to help employees grow and develop their skills.
• Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
• Coordinate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR management.
• Utilize HRIS (Human Resource Information System) tools such as BambooHR or Workday to streamline HR processes.
• Lead HR initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a strong background in recruitment and employee relations.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in managing HR processes in a multicultural or international environment.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
