As an Accounts Receivable Specialist at SotoGrande Batangas Hotel, you will be responsible for managing our accounts receivable process, ensuring that all invoices are accurate and payments are collected on time. You will work closely with our front office and finance teams to ensure that our financial records are up-to-date and accurate. This role requires a strong attention to detail and a deep understanding of accounting principles and practices.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the accounts receivable process, ensuring accurate and timely collection of payments from guests.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Follow up on overdue accounts, working with our front office team to resolve any issues.
• Prepare and submit monthly accounts receivable reports to management.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure that our financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements and other reports as required.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and practices.
• Provide excellent customer service to our guests and ensure that their billing inquiries are resolved promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a diverse team.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
• Familiarity with the hospitality industry and the ability to understand and meet the needs of our guests.
• Certification in professional accounting (CPA, ACCA, or CMA) is a plus.
