📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Japanese and Indonesian clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Negotiate and finalize trading contracts on behalf of the company.
- Provide after-sales support and address client concerns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market developments.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
- Assist in the organization of trade shows and networking events.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Fluent in both Japanese and Indonesian languages.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful sales performance.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Understanding of the Japanese and Indonesian trading industries.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid SIM (Indonesian ID card) and work permit.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
