📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily vehicle maintenance and repairs, ensuring all vehicles are in optimal condition.
- Coordinate with mechanics and vendors for timely maintenance and repairs.
- Manage fuel and vehicle expenses, ensuring cost efficiency and compliance with budget.
- Monitor vehicle usage and performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure all vehicles comply with safety and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with drivers to maintain a high level of service and safety.
- Track and manage vehicle insurance and documentation.
- Provide regular reports on fleet performance and maintenance costs.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in fleet management, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
- Proven experience with fleet management software such as SAP Fleet Management, Geotab, or similar.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
