📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide pharmaceutical care and services to patients, including medication counseling, drug information, and prescription management.,Dispense medications and other pharmaceutical products to patients in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.,Monitor and manage medication therapy for patients, including reviewing prescriptions, monitoring for drug interactions and adverse effects, and providing education and counseling to patients and caregivers.,Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and nurses, to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient medication histories, including recording prescriptions, dispensing records, and patient counseling notes.,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in pharmaceutical care and practice, and participate in continuing education and professional development activities.,Ensure that the pharmacy is compliant with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Provide excellent customer service to patients and other stakeholders, including responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Provisionally Registered Pharmacist with a valid license to practice in Indonesia.,Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with pharmacy management software and systems.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
