As the Head of People & Culture, you'll be responsible for crafting and executing our HR strategy, from talent acquisition to employee development. You'll work closely with our leadership team to create a workplace that inspires creativity, collaboration, and continuous growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the company's vision and goals.
• Lead talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
• Manage employee relations, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
• Design and deliver employee development programs to enhance skills and capabilities.
• Foster a positive and inclusive company culture that promotes diversity and belonging.
• Oversee HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with local labor laws.
• Collaborate with leadership to create a remote-first workplace that maximizes productivity and engagement.
• Measure and report on HR metrics to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR leadership roles, with a focus on people and culture.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing HR strategies in a remote or hybrid work environment.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
• Proficient in using HRIS systems such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
