Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation,Review and edit technical content to improve clarity and readability,Develop user manuals, guides, and tutorials for our customers,Assist in the creation of marketing and sales collateral,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Contribute to the improvement of our documentation processes and tools

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field,Proven ability to write clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation,Strong understanding of software, hardware, or other technical products,Experience with documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar,Excellent communication and collaboration skills,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Fluency in English, both written and spoken
