Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage key accounts and drive revenue growth.
  • Work closely with sales and customer success teams to ensure a seamless billing experience.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients.

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase client retention and satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in billing and revenue management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve billing issues.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance and identify opportunities for growth.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in a billing or revenue management role.
  • Strong technical background and understanding of financial systems and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of payment processing and financial services industry is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required.
