📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, ensuring their needs are met and their shopping experience is enjoyable.,Manage the store's inventory, including stocking, ordering, and monitoring stock levels.,Assist customers with product selection and recommendations based on their health and wellness needs.,Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, using the point-of-sale system.,Promote products and services to increase sales and customer engagement.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring it is welcoming and inviting to customers.,Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and effectively.,Assist with the organization and execution of health and wellness workshops and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the health and wellness industry.,Strong knowledge of health and wellness products and services.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and other relevant retail software.,Familiarity with health and wellness trends and industry best practices.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
