Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and wholesalers.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the beverage industry.,Manage and supervise a team of sales representatives to ensure targets are met and sales performance is optimized.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to align sales efforts with overall business goals.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.,Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to showcase our products and build brand awareness.,Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to maintain a competitive edge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the beverage industry.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Strong understanding of the beverage industry, including product knowledge, market dynamics, and distribution channels.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM tools is a plus.
