📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a pleasant and efficient experience.
  • Manage and maintain accurate guest records and reservations.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Perform night audits to ensure all transactions and guest accounts are accurate.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Assist in training and supervising junior staff.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role.
  • Proven track record of excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of English and local language.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software.
  • Ability to work in a team and independently.
  • Valid ID and clean criminal record.
