FedEx Logistics is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Clerk to join our Air & Ocean Operations team in Bali. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our logistics services. You will be responsible for managing documentation, coordinating with various departments, and providing exceptional customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for air and ocean shipments.,Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure timely and efficient handling of shipments.,Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.,Assist in the preparation and processing of shipping documents, including bills of lading, air waybills, and customs documentation.,Monitor and track shipments to ensure they are on schedule and meet customer requirements.,Assist in the resolution of any discrepancies or issues that arise during the shipping process.,Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities.,Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the logistics or transportation industry.,Strong knowledge of shipping documentation, customs procedures, and international trade regulations.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with logistics software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
