📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day accounting activities of the company,Prepare and maintain accurate financial records,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to management,Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders,Oversee the payroll process and ensure accuracy,Manage relationships with external auditors and accountants

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards is a plus
