📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.,Prepare and present sales reports to management.,Assist in the negotiation and closing of sales deals.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience in the chemical industry is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
