In this role, you will be responsible for installing and configuring Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems for UMKM (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) clients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Install and configure EDC systems for UMKM clients.,Provide technical support and training to clients on the use of EDC systems.,Conduct site surveys and assess client needs to recommend suitable EDC solutions.,Maintain and troubleshoot EDC systems to ensure optimal performance.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote our EDC products and services.,Participate in trade shows and exhibitions to demonstrate our products and services.,Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in the EDC industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in EDC installation, configuration, and technical support.,Strong understanding of EDC systems and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with UMKM business environment and needs.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
