PT Property Rahayu is seeking a dedicated Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Ambon. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to support our company's growth and development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the company's hiring needs.,Source, screen, and evaluate job candidates to ensure they meet the company's requirements.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain a strong candidate database and track recruitment metrics to improve future efforts.,Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Provide feedback to candidates and manage the onboarding process for new hires.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficient in using recruitment software and databases.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Ability to travel to other locations within the company's network.
