Resto Gilang Spareparts is looking for a dedicated Purchasing Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our procurement processes to ensure we have the necessary materials and supplies to meet our operational needs. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.,Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs and improve efficiency.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for materials and supplies as needed.,Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to ensure competitive rates.,Conduct supplier evaluations and manage supplier performance.,Assist in the development and implementation of purchasing policies and procedures.,Ensure compliance with all purchasing regulations and company policies.,Provide support to the sales team in identifying customer needs and developing appropriate solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.,Strong knowledge of purchasing processes and procedures.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
