📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract and recruit top talent.,Lead and manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, employers, and industry networks.,Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Collaborate with hiring managers and other departments to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition.,Mentor and develop junior talent acquisition professionals within the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using HRIS and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) software.
