📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement purchasing strategies to meet company objectives and budget constraints.,Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with purchasing policies.,Monitor inventory levels and forecast future demand to optimize purchasing activities.,Conduct cost analysis and evaluate purchasing performance to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of purchased goods and services.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all purchasing activities and transactions.,Stay informed about market trends and industry developments to support strategic decision-making.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure continuous improvement in purchasing processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement roles.,Strong knowledge of purchasing processes, including RFPs, vendor evaluations, and contract negotiations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong vendor relationships.,Proficient in using purchasing software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive continuous improvement in purchasing processes.,Familiarity with Indonesian business practices and regulations is a plus.
