📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet company needs and objectives.,Manage supplier relationships, including negotiations, contracts, and performance evaluations.,Monitor and control purchasing activities to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Analyze purchasing data to identify trends, opportunities for cost savings, and areas for improvement.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth procurement operations and timely delivery of materials.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement to drive continuous improvement.,Lead and mentor junior purchasing staff to ensure high performance and professional growth.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement roles.,Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and cost control.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
