📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the maintenance operations of the facility, ensuring all equipment and systems are in optimal working condition.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of work.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and maintenance of the facility.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
  • Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and inspections.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the maintenance processes.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing maintenance teams and projects.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems and software.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Certifications in relevant maintenance and safety standards are a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian.
