📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks and cascara dishes according to our high standards.
- Work closely with baristas and chefs to ensure seamless menu execution.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen and coffee station.
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe dining environment.
- Stay updated with the latest coffee trends and culinary techniques.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of coffee and kitchen supplies.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a kitchen or coffee shop setting.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and cascara preparation techniques.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
- Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
