📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with menu selection and place orders accurately.,Process cash and card payments efficiently and accurately.,Maintain a clean and organized cash register and sales area.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Assist in stock management and ensure the café is well-stocked.,Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.,Promote café products and special offers to increase sales.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the café's overall success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.,Familiarity with cash handling and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
