Risun Group is seeking a dedicated HR Manager to join our team in Morowali, Sulawesi Tengah. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and a passion for creating a positive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure we hire the best talent.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies.,Lead and mentor HR staff to maintain high standards of service.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee benefits and compensation packages.,Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven experience in recruitment, training, and employee relations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Experience with HR software and tools is a plus.
