📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs that align with organizational goals.,Manage the learning and development budget and ensure that resources are allocated effectively.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Conduct needs assessments and design training programs to address identified gaps.,Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that learning and development initiatives are well-received and impactful.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, with a strong track record of success.,Proven experience in managing learning and development budgets.,Strong coaching and mentoring skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning platforms.
