As a Staff Nurse at Momrest Confinement Centre, you will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care. Your daily tasks will include monitoring mothers and infants, administering medications, assisting with breastfeeding, and providing emotional support. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in the care of postpartum mothers and their infants, ensuring their well-being and comfort.
- Monitor vital signs and administer medications as prescribed by the medical team.
- Provide support for breastfeeding and infant feeding, including positioning and latch assessments.
- Assist with wound care, dressing changes, and other basic nursing procedures.
- Document patient care and monitor progress in collaboration with the medical team.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of care plans.
- Promote a safe and supportive environment for mothers and infants.
- Stay updated on the latest postpartum care guidelines and best practices.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a postpartum or maternity care setting.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS).
- Certification in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).
- Compassionate and patient-oriented approach to care.
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
- Valid nursing license and certification to practice in Indonesia.
