Located in the heart of Pasuruan, you'll be part of a team dedicated to creating a harmonious balance between nature and modern amenities.

In this role, you'll work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to design and implement infrastructure projects that meet international standards while adhering to our commitment to environmental stewardship. You'll use industry-leading tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera P6 to bring your visions to life, and your expertise will be crucial in ensuring our resort remains a model of sustainable development.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and oversee the construction of eco-friendly infrastructure projects, including roads, buildings, and utility systems.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control to maintain high standards of workmanship.
• Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and reports using AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
• Develop and implement sustainable construction practices to minimize environmental impact.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and innovation.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and staff.
• Participate in project planning, scheduling, and cost estimation using Primavera P6.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in infrastructure and facilities development, with a strong focus on sustainable practices.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera P6.
• Familiarity with Indonesian building codes and regulations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Valid professional engineer license (optional but preferred).
