📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of heavy equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
• Lead a team of skilled technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of quality and safety.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
• Use specialized tools and software, such as Autodesk AutoCAD and SolidWorks, to diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to optimize equipment performance.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance and repair.
