📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a fleet of vehicles to ensure they are in good condition and ready for use.,Plan and organize routes for drivers to ensure efficient and safe travel.,Monitor and maintain records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Ensure that all drivers adhere to company policies and regulations.,Communicate with drivers and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns.,Ensure that all vehicles are properly documented and insured.,Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure that all safety protocols are followed.,Manage and maintain relationships with third-party service providers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the transportation industry.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Commitment to safety and efficiency.,Familiarity with relevant regulations and policies.,Experience with fleet management software is a plus.
