Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, analysis, and strategic planning.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term business growth.,Drive sales growth by implementing effective sales strategies, tactics, and techniques.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform business decisions.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of business development initiatives.,Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and build relationships with key players.,Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, progress, and results.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.,Proven track record of success in identifying and developing new business opportunities.,Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
