📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various positions.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to the hiring team.,Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Support the recruitment team in meeting quarterly and annual targets.,Collaborate with other departments to understand business needs and recruitment strategies.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and ATS software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
