As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing key client relationships to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Manage and develop key client relationships to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

Monitor client accounts to identify opportunities for increased sales and profitability.

Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term business partnerships.

Analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.

Attend trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to promote our products and services.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.
