📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage daily manufacturing and logistics operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor a team of operational and logistics professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of manufacturing and logistics processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess operational performance and address any issues promptly.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build relationships and enhance our market presence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the manufacturing and logistics industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, and experience with logistics management software like JDA or Manhattan.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Fluent in both Indonesian and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
